Black Birds on Gold Rug
Inspired by little black birds in my back yard and the aesthetics of the Great Northern Hotel in the television series Twin Peaks. The base color is a golden ochre tone while the red insets on the black birds are slightly iridescent. The mirrored design allows the rug to live anywhere and be correctly oriented.
Rugs are made of acrylic yarn and backs are finished with red linen trim and a grey anti-slip mat.
Rug measures approximately 36” x 28”

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Rugs and pillows are made of a mix of acrylic and wool yarns.
Rugs can be vacuumed like anything other rug. They are not well suited for high traffic areas like main entries, kitchens or bathrooms. They are rigorously combed and vacuumed prior to shipping but may still shed lightly during the first few months. You may also have a loose strand pop up which can just be trimmed with a pair of scissors.
Rugs can not be washed in a washing machine and should be only spot treated with light detergent or brought to a dry cleaner for more thorough treatment only as needed.
Pillows can not be washed in the washing machine and should be brought to the dry cleaner for cleaning as needed. Pillows can be spot treated with a mild detergent and left to air dry as needed.
