This rug was inspired by my love of the film Juliet Of The Spirits, Frederico Fellini’s first color film. In the film, Juliet is a housewife in her 40’s who’s trying to find new life after discovering her husband is cheating. She consults private investigators, a psychic medium, childhood memories and takes influence from a glamorous neighbor who gives zero f’s, in order to find her new life’s meaning. I wanted these rugs to look like they could live somewhere on that film set.
The floral motif is set in contrasting bright red and teal with olive color vines and trimmed in deep olive velvety pom poms for extra sass.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Rugs and pillows are made of a mix of acrylic and wool yarns.
Rugs can be vacuumed like anything other rug. They are not well suited for high traffic areas like main entries, kitchens or bathrooms. They are rigorously combed and vacuumed prior to shipping but may still shed lightly during the first few months. You may also have a loose strand pop up which can just be trimmed with a pair of scissors.
Rugs can not be washed in a washing machine and should be only spot treated with light detergent or brought to a dry cleaner for more thorough treatment only as needed.
Pillows can not be washed in the washing machine and should be brought to the dry cleaner for cleaning as needed. Pillows can be spot treated with a mild detergent and left to air dry as needed.
